Return Time and Procedure
After the Vendor has received the returned or exchange products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted.
Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund or exchange procedure will start within 14 days from Delivered day when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return or exchange the purchased products .
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:

After product received for exchange Vendor check condition and resend back to Buyer New items ( Buyer response make payment for new shipping )
purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the credit card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not lose bank interest; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5/7 days of receipt the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
* Once you receive Return address, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
* We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
* Please well packaged the returned goods, we are not responsible for returned shipping damages. Also you should inform us a traceable tracking number ( AIR SHIPPING ONLY)for the returned parcels.
*We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
* But please noted that "SIZE NOT FIT" is not our faulty, but we are glad to accept FREE EXCHANGE on size ONLY ONE TIME and buyers must pay the shipping cost in advance. And Free Exchange are strictly defined only free for the same style; if want to change the style or other items, we will appropriately charge 30% - 50% handling fees.
* All the items on our website are from the factory directly, if you are not sure what is your size, you can see "F.A.Q" for help. And we suggest you can order 1 pc to check the size before your big orders.
