Return Policy

Please , we have highly recommends that choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time.  Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of 30 days from the date on which your shipping back return .

  1. All returns will be refunded via Credit Cards Company
  2. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  3. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  4. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  5. All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  6. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  7. SHUZZ & Co is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  8. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. - Free Shipping deducted from order -25.00$,  DHL Shipping  deducted from order- 40$ 

 

The important notice:

* But please noted that "SIZE NOT FIT" is not our faulty, but we are glad to accept FREE EXCHANGE on size ONLY ONE TIME and buyers must pay the shipping cost in advance. And Free Exchange are strictly defined only free for the same style; if want to change the style or other items, we will appropriately charge 30% - 50% handling fees.

* All the items on our website are from the factory directly, if you are not sure what is your size, you can ASK for help. And we suggest you can order 1 pc to check the size before your big orders.

 

Remarks on Returns and Exchange:

* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5/7 days of receipt the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
* Once you receive Return address, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
* We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
* Please well packaged the returned goods, we are not responsible for returned shipping damages. Also you should inform us a traceable tracking number for the returned parcels.
